Neither rear window will work, either from the rear or driver controls. 1 & 4 relays are empty which ones control the rear powerw windows and a/c fan motor, 2,3,5,6,7, or 8?

If multiple windows quit at the same time and its not the master switch on the driver door , it is most likely a body control module BCM under the driver seat. The door switch sends a comm signal to the BCM and it sends a comm signal to the Door control Module DCM. A bad BCM will fail to send a comm signal to the DCM and intern no window movement. The likelyhood of multiple regulatilors dailing at once is very rare.
