ignition timing when cranking car over is -10 degress-WHY?

crank sensor is good. cam sensor is good. ignition module has been replaced with good one. Security light goes off when trying to start. When cranking over with scanner on it shows timing is at -10 degrees

check compression if you can if it is low timing chain has jumped. Mine was off by about 90 degress
