My brother has a 2003 buick century 3.1 he is getting code p0446, he has changed the evap canister valve, charcoal canister vent valve, pcv valve and the rubber on the gas cap and the code will not go away. Do you have any idea of what else it could be, he is saying there is no gas leak.
