How to check engine oil level

Asked by mushtaque Dec 15, 2006 at 12:51 PM about the 1993 Chevrolet Caprice LTZ Sedan RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Is this just a ploy to get someone to write "dipstick?" If so, it worked! There should be a dipstick next to the oil. Clean first with a rag, then dip, then check level.
