my lxi won't start. how do I turn off alarm system

You don't ... only a dealer can. Be absolutely sure that's the problem or your about to spend big bucks. FYI .. most insurance towing coverage will tow your car to a dealer for free

Looks like aftermarket key. Dealer shouldn't have another key. I paid cash for the van. Key doesn't even unlock the the doors manually.
