What you're looking at is the 5 Amp fuse for the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) & Starter. If it blows when you try to start the engine, you either have an electrical short in the starter/solenoid, or it's circuit. Or you have a damaged PCM. If it's a PCM problem, you're going to need a dealer, or at least a really good Chrysler mechanic to fix this. You likely need a new module.

I’ve seen this before and every time it’s been a short to ground in the 5 volt reference voltage circuit from the ECM. Had a few that was the MAF sensor shorted, others were in the wiring. If you can read wiring diagrams and flow charts then you should be able to find the problem. If not then don’t mess with it and find a good tech, as it will only wind up costing you more money if you do and they have to fix something you did.
