My heater/defrost is not working, even though the AC will work. I was told to check the heater coil, but don't know where that is. ??

Heater CORE is like a baby radiator that the air inside you car is heated by. If it is clogged up or there is restricted hot water flowing through it then the interior has no place to get heat from. Not a d.i.y.
