My 2001 Buick Regal only blows A/c on High. When I turn the knob to any other speed setting it shuts off. When on High it is very cold and A/c seems to function. Any Ideas?

I have replaced the relay fuse under hood and the resister behind blower but not both at the same time.

could be the control on the dash. we had that happen to one of our GM trucks. worked on high only
