Where is the coolant drain plug on a 2000 Buick Park Avenue?

I want to flush the radiator on my 2000 Buick Park Avenue, but can't find the drain plug.

There may not be a plug. It is best to remove the lower hose for this procedure anyway.. If you are going to flush your radiator, you should do the whole cooling system. there are some great vids on youtube for this procedure. Scottykilmer.com has one, and there are others. follow the directions and you should have no probs, good luck.

The drain pet cock which is a 45 degree ABS rotary valve is located up under the driver's side of the bottom tank of the hardened nylon radiator tank.. It is reached with a 3/8 inch extension with a universal drain plug socket available from Sp toools #91900. It must be reached from under the cowling below the radiator and up past the bottom metal cowling through its access hole. It may be necessary to lift the front of the car to manuver the tool up into the access hole and onto the petcock. There is no need to remove the percock unless flushing the radiaotor to enable faster flow than through the petcock.
