My fuel pump is bad in my 2000 Buick park ave ultra I am trying to find oyt if its a first model fuel pump or a second model fuel pump I believe the difference in the two models is the conector

If you are doing the repairs yourself, I would pull the old one out, check the connector and order up the right one from rock auto. The only way to be 100% sure is to take the VIN# and call the dealer and have them cross reference the info in their data base.

Fyi: and if you don't already, the fuel pump is accessible and removable from an access panel in the trunk against the back of the seat on the right.
