06 endeavor having electrical prrrrooobs

locks not working right ...guages flickering... can hear ticking.. car tried to start with no key in ignition. have bad connector on harness to drivers side window controls.know that...battery gone dead twice.replaced ignition switch..  interior lights also dont wrk right.. no blown fuses.. its like it is possesed.. all this started after timing belt and waterpump changed. i know that  that should have nothing to do with it. doeshave remote start   HELP  im at a loss

Also check the wiring harness around the firewall, (to the back-right of the battery), for loose or corroded ground contacts. ETACS on the vehicles are prone to burn out and unfortunately these modules control many electrical and lighting functions.
