My V70 has some heat and air but not warm enough.

I had the Ac recharged in Aug. and the dye test he said no leaks and the AC
worked until Nov. 1st. now it wont blow hot or cold. I checked fuses their ok I
changed the Climate Control no change I took it to the mechanic He looked at
everything and said he didn't think it was the Blower motor. He didn't know
what it was any suggestions?

Is your car running cooler than normal? If so you may need a new or hotter thermostat installed.
