I asked a question two weeks ago, it was I have a Volvo (2000) S70 and am getting a P1671 error code also says Out of range, I replaced the Cam sensor but still getting the code and error. Could this be a timing problem?

Has the timing belt been replaced recently? If so, the VVT hub might not have been preloaded correctly.

I had the timing belt replaced in 2013, my check engine light has been on since then, I think my timing is off, I have a vibration on idling and excessive fuel use. Any ideas, as I said before I replaced the cam sensor, still get a P1671 cade (out of range)

I'm willing to bet that the CVVT was not set properly. If you're comfortable to do this yourself, all you'll have to do is set the engine at its timing marks, lock the cams using a Volvo cam locking tool, remove the timing belt, preload the VVT cam gear, and reinstall the belt. The video below is helpful, but look around on Volvo forums for further details. Otherwise, bring it to a shop that is actually familiar with Volvos to have it fixed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o4uLvH151-c
