what kinda oil should i use for my 1990 mazda rx7?

I purchased it used and I want to start off right, some say mineral oil, some synthetic and others say regular motor oil is fine. please help. good brand and any other details _W_

everyone seems to like LucasOil these days....guess its THE racing oil....if this helps you.....going to have to say synthetic can withstand the punishment of the ROTARY engine more so then conventional oils~
