Using Audi Rims

Question type: Car Customization

Hello fella members, can someone please help me decide whether I can use an Audi 15" rim with an offset of 45mm. I heard you can  still use it. However, it can only fit on the rear but the center front axle need adjustment and needs a machinist to thin it out. What do you think? Any honest feed backs would be appreciated. Thanks.
