so my 200 vw passat wont start my dash light wont work and my tail lights are not working and windows wont go down

Electrical huh? have the battery checked 12.6 volts and load tested to CCA rate. how do the terminals look green , fuzzy corrode? IF, no are they tight? The Vw, probably has a bad ground if the battery is Ok. Request, someone with a multimeter do a starter circuit voltage drop test very easy. Regards
