All of the dealers had their prices way to high and Pre- discounted and would not negotiate at all. When we pulled in to Zimbrick we found our mini van with only 52,000 and it was a one owner with an asking price of $16,0000. After working with Car Gurus we knew that the price was already lower than the national average plus we negoiated another $1,000 of and actually bought the vehicle for $15,000! Not only did we appreciate the price but Zimbrick made sure that the van was in top condition by putting on 4 new Goodyear tires and a new 100 month battery!! Before we left, our salesman Doug Marshall, filled the van with gas ans washed it! Doug said he will was our van free forever every week Monday through Thursday! Now that is customer service. I would highly recommend Zimbrick to anyone buying a used car and will buy again from them in the future. The only problem is that I expect my Honda to last another 200,000 miles so it will be a while before I get back to Zimbrick! ;-)"

The front and rear bumper covers were repainted - very poor job. There is paint overspray on lights and fenders that makes it look like they did not remove the bumper or tape off very well. There is runs in the paint. There are some spots with no paint at all. The TPM system needed to be adjusted. There were small parts missing that should be included when you spend that much money on a SUV less than 2 years old - missing rubber mats in compartment bottoms, missing wiper arm caps, missing owners manual, dented passenger side mirror. More things keep popping up. I thought I could trust a dealership to reapir the vehicle properly before being sold. I will spend much more time reviewing a vehicle next time before I purchase. This dealership has lost my trust."

Although I like the truck, I needed cruise control which the vehicle did not have. They would add it if I would make the deal. But at my cost. Their response to both of my request is "We set our prices competitively" So basically stating We will not work with you and if you don't like the price, go find another dealership. I would not recommend this dealership."
