replace lever arm for wipers on eurovan

lever arm is broken need to replace it (wipers lever arm)

Start with snapping off the horn pad, disconnecting the horn wire. Mark steering wheel in connection to shaft. Remove nut and steering wheel. Remove cowling under steering wheel. From there on common sense will tell you which screws and wire connection plugs to disconnect.
