Under the hood,where is the damn horn on a 2001 cabrio

my Cabrio is (imagine that) having electrical issues. The horn would honk whenever you made a left hand turn ( I love this car but it does drive me nuts sometimes). Anyway, my dad disconnected the horn (placed as indicated above) but the car was still honking randomly so he went back and searched some more and found the horn was connected in yet another area. So, good luck. I'm still trying to unravel what was causing the random honking in the first place and then rewire the horn.
