Both of my lowbeam headlamps went out tonight but my turn signals, hazards, high beams and tail lights are still working. Is this a relay or fuse problem or a bad ground? If it is the fuse or relay where are they located?

First check the fuse, if the fuse is ok then get a multi meter to see if you have power at the socket for each of the bulbs with the light switch on. If not could be the relay...

Replace the module for turn signals, high low light switch. It's ;located on the underside of steering column, simple repair. Cost me about $100 for part .
