I have a 99 s-10, 2.2, fuel pump is bad, stock its 51psi 18gal/hr. I have a fuel pump off a 1999 s-10 4.3, its a 62 psi 24gal/hr pump. Any harm using it?

I think I'm going to try it just to see what happens. Seems like all anyone can say about the 4.3 fuel pump is that it consistently is lower than the 62 psi rating.

Installed the 4.3 fuel pump into the 2,2. No problems. I did a pressure check and this pump put out 58 psi. I found out that the flex pump for the 2.2 puts out 65 psi and the 2.2 system can handle that as well.
