Does it have spark and fuel when it doesn't start? His be missing one because air and compression don't come and go.

You have confirmed that the injectors are opening. Having fuel pressure is one thing, gotta make sure it is getting into the engine.

its got plenty of fuel i can turn the motor for 3 full seconds and look at the trottle plate and its soak with fuel

If you are certain it is getting spark at the plugs also then you may be getting to much fuel.
