I have a 97 Honda Crv. And on the initial crank it will start but when I shut it down like yo go into a store or something it won't start back for at least 20 minutes. Then it will start and run good.

You will need to have fuel pressure tested, could be a bad pump or possibly injectors leaking.

I have a 2011 honda crv; the battery died and when I recharged it the anti-theft horn and i could hold the panic down for three seconds but it did not work. a 1 Answer

right now i have a terminal loose on my battery for it to go off. as soon as i try to put the terminal the anti-theft starts and will not go off. any suggestions

1999 Honda CR-V will not start. I changed the fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator along with the fuel filter and the main relay but the vehicle still will not start. The distributor along with the coil was replaced about two months ago, spark is ok. Sometimes the vehicle start for a few second but the engine stalls as if the timming is off but the timing is ok, also sometimes it back fires and when it does the vacuum hose that is connected to the fuel pressure regulator comes off from the regulator. I check the injectors and they are getting power. I disconnected the exhaust thinking of the catalytic but still no start. Could it be the computer? Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thanks 8 Answers

Hi guys, I have a 2008 honda accord that sputtered and then shut down on me while driving. Now whenever I turn the key it will start for about a sec or so and then shut down immediately. Any ideas? 3 Answers

the car sputtered and shut down. Haven't been able to start it in over a day now. It starts real strong when I turned it over and then immediately loses power and shuts down

This is a long one. I went in to get my breaks fixed about a month ago. They shaved down the rotors on my two back tires. Well, they checked my other brakes, but forgot to tighten the lug nuts on my front left tire, and it ended up falling off while I was driving. They fixed resulting issues, free of charge. Then yesterday, it sounded like the back brakes were going again, so I took it back to them. They said the BACK brakes, which were supposed to have been fixed originally, a month ago, were metal on metal (they re-graded/shaved down the rotors). They went ahead and replaced the back rotors and pads, but I'm curious... Could the front tire falling off have caused the back brakes to wear out? Or did they just not do a good job originally? Or could something else be causing the brakes to wear so quickly? 11 Answers
