06 ford tarus se wont start

Replace the battery and alt had both check both
were bad and check the starter it good car still
wont crank unless i jump it

May be time for new and better Battery terminals and wires and connections for all ends, check grounds to frame from battery and engine.

It is either something with the battery cables or the starter.
