What usually makes the V10 enginge light come and the engine to stall

I have a 04 Ford F250 Super Duty V10. It has stalled 5 times in the past 2 weeks both on and off the freeway. The Check Engine light comes on and goes off but the last time it stayed on. The Analys Maching cannot detect the problem.

Locate a real scan tool the computer EEC has stored info this issue can be determined in a few minutes.
