you won't have oil pressure till the engine is running , check voltage at battery should be 12.5 , what about a jump start ? do you have a batt. charger ?

a bad oil pressure sending unit can keep it from starting. the first thing to check is do you have oil pressure, by using a mechanical guage. this will tell you if the gauge in the cluster is accurate in its claim of zero oil pressure.
