instrument cluster lights

i have a big 1999 power stroke just bought the
truck not to long ago none of the dash lights work
or there hvac lights my dome lights and cargo light
does not come on when door is open and no door
chime (not complaint) really want this fixed cant
stand not neing able to see my guaged at night
