I need help replacing my cigarette lighter

Can anyone give me some guidance on how to replace my cigarette lighter. The power supply next to my lighter works but not the lighter. I for the life of me, cant figure out how to get to the lighter to get it out and replace it.

First thing,check the fuse.you can gain acc to it by removing the radio or ashtray.

I have checked the fuse, well the only one I could find, but it was listed for the power outlet. I could not find one listed for just the cigarette lighter. Also my ashtray is on the other side of my radio from the cigarette lighter. Do I need to remove the hole dash to get to it? Thx
