just replace the fluid and the filter- forget the flush- the trick is to have it done by a shop who has mechanics that know what they're doin'

Unless there is a really good reason to flush it such as you badly burnt the fluid I would just replace the fluid and filter. Flushes are designed to flush the money out of your wallet!
