blinkers and brake lights do not work

Just your common problems. First check for any burnt out bulbs, and when replacing the socket back in make sure the bulb works. Sometimes you have to move the bulbs around to get them to make contact to work. It may be that the bulb sockets need replacing, and having a test light is handy when checking things out. Also there may be some connectors toward the back end underneath that may just need cleaning up.
