If your shifter stick is in the middle console Make your the button on the shifter handle is releasing if not play with it to see if it release freely. If it does not you need to take the cover of and look to see what is keeping it from releasing, it might have the pin out of place. You need to get that button to release freely before it can shift.

you should hear an audilbe noise when brake is pushed if not the button cant be pushed hence you cant shift out of park
