I have changed heatercore and thermostat and relay and fuses what else can keep the car from sending hot heat inside of car cabin in 1996 toyota tercel with a1.5 engine in it

Was the cooling system purged from air when refilling it with coolant? Cooling system needs to be bled out when refilling.
