options for sound system upgrades

I am currently putting a sound system in my 2001 toyota tacoma pre runner four door pick up and I am running into major problem with room I want to put a sub woffer in behind the seats but I think its imposible and cant seem to find any good place to put it any ideas would be grately apreciated
