rav 4 does not go into any gear anlso leaked 1 pint of tran fluid from front

Car was going fast up a hill  all of a sudden it would not go into any gear r , l. 2nd , or d.

Leaking 1 pint of tranny fluid from front.,.. Fluid red  smells good
