here is a link, you need to pick you model and engine, then it will give you the info you need, but it looks like it get about 12-15MPG, not very good.

usually the 4runner will get anywhere from 12-14 miles per gallon on the highway, the only difference is that the
4wd 4runner has a tank that is 3 gallons bigger than the 2wd, and because of the additional hardware might get
about 10-12 miles per gallon

From personal experience. Mostly town driving average 14 solid. When it gets out on the interstate with some town on the rest of the tank about 14.5-15.0 mpg.
