them. Ripping my hair out. Stepsons car, collage student,
basically no money for the tow and diagnostic. Changed
plugs. No start. Fuel pump gets power, cracked the fuel
line at the rail and fuel delivery is there. Shot out maybe 2
feet from the end while cranking. Went on to replace coils,
plugs ecm relays fuses are good HEEEEEEELLLLLPPPPP

Side note: the car developed a power loss And misfires at one point so I changed the plugs and number 1 coil as it was the only code in the car I could see other than random multiple misfire. Now 1,2 5, 6 misfire codes are on along with random multiple misfire po300! Car ran great afterwards, it got brutally cold here recently and pulled the car in th driveway and wouldn’t start the next morning! Please help

You my friend are likely having what i refer to as a hosery issue :P when these cars develop issues starting and they are the 3.0L engines it more times then often is either the relay on top of the air box which provides fuel control or the crank case pvc has snaped and broken. I always atribute it to the crank case hoses first and for most the 3.0L engines always would not start if the one hose broke off. You can temporarly fix it with some rubber hose till you can afford new pvc

By relay you mean the small black box with vacuum lines going into it with electrical plugs as well? There’s maybe 3 of them that I can see. 2 up front by the imt valves, and one mounted on the plate above the throttle body under the Audi symbol plastic cover?

by relay I mean electrical componant that controls the injectors but what you really want to do is check those crank case hoses they have a high tendancy to break and cause this issue.
