Are you sure the battery is good in your key fob? Can you not use the key to unlock the door manually? Can you open the trunk and release the seats from back there and crawl into the passenger compartment? If its not a dead battery in the remote the body receiver has likely failed. They seem to go gradually, so repeatedly pushing the unlock button and even holding it for several seconds at a time may eventually get it to kick the doors open one more time. I've had that work on my Cobalt. And, of course when all else fails, call a tow truck and they'll come and unlock it for you.
