02 Grand Prix 3.8L (no spark, no fuel)

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm working on a 2002 Pontiac Gran Prix 3.8L
I've checked fuses and relays, all check out good,
including Ignition Main and Fuel Pump. But I have
no spark and no fuel rail pressure (I can get fuel
rail pressure if I jumper the fuel relay).

I'm leaning towards a bad computer since this was
a sudden issue and both spark and fuel
disappeared at the same time.

What do you think?

**update** I replaced the PCM and had it flashed by the dealer. It worked for about 5 minutes. Had it towed back to dealer and diagnosed by them. They said it's a short in the harness somewhere...
