The Base Pontiac Grand Prix 3.8L series III is not bad as most would think. THe fact is that the car gets flack as an under dog in the mod world. in fact Pontiac engines are so rare to find in its older ancestors (before 78') that pontiac just breeds rarity and thats why they are my favorite cars. Its so great to see the look on a honda/ ford owner...

"Tried to Charge me the full California tax. In So California cars must be taxed. Out of state dealers can not deal direct with the CA DMV. The tax varies form city and county around the state.
The gave me a total that was not right. They would have collected the CA tax and made more profit. They never did get back to me with the price plus the Ohio tax. They did not want to deal and take my offer of only $600 less than they were asking.
The did call repeatedly and were nice but they have no clue as what is required for an out of state sale. I wanted the car but I have moved on. Thier loss. I got a newer model with low miles for the same price."

"would not recommend, sent email expressing interest in 2 specific cars, expliciting stating if they were not available to advise me immediately, when I arrived I was then told that one was not available, additionally the car had several warning lights on and bald tires-they said they'd fix the problems except the tires and would not deduct anything for that. Additionally, although I know my credit is not great, paying almost 50% interest is out of the question."
