It sounds like its not running on all solenoids

I ran my 1999 pontiac grand prix out of gas by
accident. The next day had to replace the radiator
hose.now it sounds like its not running on all
sylinoids.what should i do?

Not running on all cylinders? If the CEL is on have the codes read and post them here.
