What would be the reason my car isnt starting? I
changed the starter , the battery and the alternator
& its still making the clicking noise !

Or you could try troubleshooting it and finding the problem first before randomly throwing money at it. Yes, check the relays. Are all your grounds clean and tight? Is the battery fully charged? If its not a new battery have it load tested to make sure its strong enough to start the car. If you can't find the problem spend your money on someone who can. It's way cheaper in the long run, plus at the end of the day you'll have a car that actually runs.
