Check the lug pattern & over all bolt circle diameter, a cardboard template might be helpful to compair the two.

check the lug bolt pattern on both wheels before you put it on the car, find out what the lug pattern is for instance on my Buick the lug pattern is 5 on 5.5 (meaning five lug bolts on a five and a half inch circle) if those match up check bake calipers to make sure the dont hit the inside of the wheel, if everything matches up then yes you can
