Engine swap 455ci or LS?

Asked by Jacub Jul 20, 2020 at 12:59 AM about the 2003 Pontiac Grand Am GT

Question type: Car Customization

I want to put a 455ci or an LS motor in my 2003 Pontiac
Grand Am Gt. Is that possible? Or am I just wasting time?

Wasting time. Your car is a FWD that had a 4 or 6 cylinder. You could build a tube frame and make a funny car out of it with a 455 but that is about it.

The biggest motor your car came with was a 3.4 V6. Not much hot rod potential there. Upgrade the car instead.

What about a borla exhaust or any kind of aftermarket exhaust? Or can I place a turbo on it? Sorry for being annoying just want to know what I can do.
