Nothing on dash working Properly

I have a 1999 Grand am SE and nothing on the dash board is working. I was driving home this morning and I realized that I couldn't tell how fast I was going because everything was saying zero. Wat could this be?

my 2002 used to do that every once in a while. the PCM is probably starting to go out. have it checked, PCM Computer Module
