where is the fuse box for a 1999 grand am radio and clock

There are three fuse boxes on the 99+ Grand Am. The main box is under the hood on the fire wall in front of the driver. The other two boxes are at the ends of the dash board. You can see them with the doors open. I believe the radio fuse is in the passenger side box.
