Unfortunately it will not the 3003 - 11 Towncar was on a different frame than the 98-02 series the frame was lengthened in 03 to satisfy the demands of airport livery drivers !

2003-2011 town cars, axle housing will fit from Mercury Marquis and Crown Vic 2003-20011, and also axle shaft.
