Condensate collects in a tray and drains to the exterior of the car through a rubber tube. Sometimes this may become clogged with mold and trash. Find this tube underneath the car near where the interior leak is and "milk" the tube (like you would milk a cow) or clear it with a wire.

Old thread but maybe can help someone else. Remove the tray the guy above is talking about. There is a a rubber foam seal under it. I had the same problem and the seal had rotted. I put a bead of caulk around it and the problem was solved. Not sure how the water ends up on the floor in the back seat, but I would have 2" of water on the floor after a good thunderstorm. Caulking under the tray solved the problem.
