My car has lots of whit smoke coming out of the till pipes  my car was sitting for 2 years
then had the spark plugs changed and oil  but it still smokes and when it get hot it will
turn off and I can't start it for 30 minutes ????

Check the oil for antifreeze mixed with oil. It will look milky and smell funky.

If the car has been sitting, you need to replace the fuel filter, its only 10 dollars. You man need to drain the gas tank too. On the white smoke. If unlucky you have a head gasket problem and what you are seeing is coolant steaming. If you are lucky, the white smoke is just dirty injectors. I have had this happen with a Gran Marquis and I was only out 225 for fuel system service, which is injector cleaning and upper manifold cleaning. Good luck.
