My Jeep has begun sputtering

I have a 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee that
has begun sputtering off and on. It
does not die. It will sputtering for
about five minutes and stop. I can also
rev it up and sometimes that will make
it stop. Not always. I need help. Any
suggestions.
