my truck is idling really rough it dosent seem bad when im driving but when i come to a stop it shakes really bad , or when i first start it , what can it be ??

Is the check engine light on after you start it? Vacuum leak, worn spark plug(s), bad idle air control and many other possibilities. Start by checking the manifold vacuum.

yes check engine light is on it just came on the outher day
